Karen is a very nice person. She is very concerned about her customers. She has a no wait time policy and is always about the customer. She puts her customers first. She provided care to my daughter for the first time, and the whole time, she was talking to my daughter about what is good for her hair and what she plans to do to get her hair healthy. I have told all my friends and family about her. Karen is the only hair stylist I have met that does not allow you to wait. We traveled from Spartanburg SC and will do it again. The travel was worth it. If you are looking for quality hair services, please call Mrs. Karen.........she is the Best!!!!!!!

"I've recently been struggling with split ends, frizz, and overall boring natural hair. A good friend referred me to Karen and I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door! The salon is one of THE nicest that I've ever been in and the service was friendly and professional. Karen asked me all about the problems I perceived with my hair and what my goals were. She mentioned the mini Brazilian blowout, which I chose, and I couldn't have been happier! I left the salon with healthier, fuller, bouncier hair than when I used to have a relaxer! Karen is the best! I know at least 2 African-American women with hair way down their backs because of Karen and I can't wait to join them!
